I can't believe I even read this story - not only once, but twice. I started it right before bed one night. Not a smart move. I was trying to be quiet, but I was laughing so hard that I was shaking and crying. Multiple times. In the morning I decided that I was being completely juvenile, and that if I read it again, I would realize I just had the giggles at night. Nope. I was dying of laughter yet again. The images the author painted were just hysterical. I can't think of the following without smirking: Marcy the dog, boots, water balloons, throw pillows, dry cleaners. There was also a sweet little romance. I definitely like this author's voice.
