Winter - Josh Lanyon My first, but certainly not my last, Lanyon read. I really enjoyed it. I love his writing, and was surprised at how quickly he had me in tears. I have a major quip with paying $6 for a book with so many gaping holes left open at the end. The length would have been perfect if there were some closure to some of the issues. Not sure I will read the next few until they are all published.

As for reviewing the story itself, I don't feel I can say much. Part of the story's charm was the unknown with the mirror, and I wouldn't want to ruin that for anybody. Needless to say, this is more of a mystery than a romance. It's also about watching somebody start to see if they can live again after losing the person that meant the most in the world to them.
